We went to Alan after Lowe’s royally messed up a large order of flooring for our home renovation project. The owner himself took time to help me find the right flooring for our home. We were looking for engineered hardwood that would hold up under our Goldendoodle puppy and two young boys. He showed us multiple options and demonstrated how hardy the material was. His inventory is top quality, and his prices are also unbeatable! We are so grateful to have found him (thank you for the referral, Scottie Hanvy, our contractor). Superb experience all the way around. After such a great experienc, I read all the reviews, intrigued by the 1-star ratings. Let me start by relating that I'm in the construction industry after serving 23 years in the Army (Corps of Engineers). Alan DOES "know his stuff" and is indeed passionate about what his business.Many of the negative comments stem from his passion, attempting to prevent customers from making mistakes. The internet is more about selling you than it is about telling the truth. Customers and clients often THINK they are well-informed when they aren't... My advice is don't mistake his passion for hubris; listen and leverage his experience. Cheers- BP

Great place, great flooring. Have ordered a lot of flooring from them always a good quality product. Our customers love the floors. Would recommend to everyone! Worth the drive from Murfreesboro
