I just saw this, and i don't know what's going on but I never gave this company a review. I've shopped there only a few times and never had a problem. Everything I've gotten from them has always been spot on and also with help from the older guy behind the counter giving me advice on what probably be the problem if what got didn't fix the problem.

One of the few places in town who will sell you a part for your furnace. I needed a new heat sequencer for my old Coleman furnace and the place I used to go won't sell small parts anymore and Amazon was going to take a week. Airdale had what I needed and it was only $15. The guy at the counter threw in the spade connectors I needed for free. Super friendly service and I learned a few things. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service, the counter man, Rip was a wealth of knowledge, talked me through how to replace and adjust replacement parts, never received that level of customer service from other supply houses in the area. Thanks for the outstanding customer service! Heater working great, I will recommend and will be back.
