I have been to this location handful of times. As a walk-in one afternoon, it did take me quite a while, believe I was there for three hours. They were shorthanded that day, so I know that didn’t help. However, I have been twice this week, and my experiences have been fantastic! in and out in less than an hour of those times I did make appointments ahead of time the day of. The staff is always very nice and we will keep using this place.
While visiting my family in Arlington, TN, I became ill & went to the Urgent Team location in Collierville where I received EXCELLENT care & attention. From the moment I walked into the Center until I was released, I encountered pleasant, professional, kind & caring service. Ms. Brandi greeted me at the front desk with a warm & welcoming smile & helpful attitude. I was then attended by Joyce who performed her responsibilities with kindness, patience, genuine care & a comforting, personable spirit. When I met J. Everyone was so sweet and kind…the receptionist the nurse the doctors. They are expedient. It’s super clean and neat was there a total of 48 min from signing in to being treated. I love it!!!
