Right place to learn Martial Arts. All the teachers are really good and you just don't learn self defense here ...but you learn much more. They imbibe virtues in you. A nice way to develop your personality as well. Must go to school to learn Martial Arts.

I love Tri-state Martial Arts Center! Every session brought on excitement and new material. Therefore, it was never a dull moment. So be prepared to have some fun. Marshall is very skilled at what he does. I dropped some pounds while learning self discipline. He is truly a great person to train with. He always gave us a good laugh and never hesitated to motivate us to push past our boundaries. I’m going to miss Marshall and my 5:30 peers. If you haven’t trained here before, don't walk. Thank you so much Marshall for introducing me to a level of training where technique was key during all phases of this challenge. The discipline you showed encouraged me to not give up on my journey. TMAC is the best!!!!
