“Great services from office staff over phone to plumber who came out. Garrett is very friendly but most importantly knows his stuff, explains everything and is thorough and meticulous with his work. Prices are reasonable and they don't give vibe of trying to charge for more than what is needed. They came out twice in last few months for different issues that in my opinion appear to be caused by another plumbing company I previously used where the other company's work didn't hold up and needed repair again. Both times service was exceptional. I also have a coworker who referred me to Johnson Plumbing and mention similar great experiences.“

He was very apologetic when he did but was patient and professional with me. Easy transaction, quick tester heater flushing and also noted some things I need to get fixed since it's out of code. Provided me quotes and explanations of what need ti be repaired to get to code. Highly recommend Choate's and if you get Justin he's very professional.“
