“Today Good Earth came to provide our quarterly pest control service. The man who came was very polite, on time, and thorough. But shortly after he went outside to spray, the door bell rang again. I had been up all night due to my mom being rushed to the hospital the day before, and I was overly exhausted. As I got up to rush to the door, I was reeling. I fell to the floor, crashing against our living room fireplace. The man outside, who I later discovered to be Jeff Anderson, one of the pest control managers, rushed in to help me get off the floor. But not only that… due to my fall, a large decorative vase that sat on the floor in front of the fireplace was now shattered. Mr. Anderson cleaned up all the debris from the broken vase and swept the floor clean! Talk about going above duties call!
