I had to stop by to blend in a recent spray tan from elsewhere. I used a tanning bed that had aromatherapy, cooling system, calming music selection it was lovely. 10 minutes goes by way to fast lol. Really disappointing that there wasn't a better selection of accelerator lotion packets to fit my needs or goggles in a nice color that I could keep. Overall tan after session was beautiful. It was difficult to get a clearly defined pricing structure for any future visits. I love that they offer infrared sauna too price point is high for that though sadly which is unfortunate considering how hugely beneficial it is.

Staff is great. Bought an upgrade last week and today they could not find where I purchased. Gave me a "complimentary" tan even though I bought it. Frustrated and took a lot of time.

The ladies who work here are so incredibly nice! I would give 5 stars based on their service and cleanliness standards. The reason I am knocking 1 star off is due to your product refund policy. I bought the big bottle of Emerald. I applied it twice and suddenly my entire body broke out in a rash. I did not tan for about week, as I was applying cortisone to my body during this time. When I returned after the rash subdued, I explained what happened and that the only change in my life was the Emerald lotion. It was explained to me that the window of opportunity had already passed.
