Awesome People and customer service. I’ve been using Memphis Pool for years on multiple properties and also residential pools. All of the pools are great when residents are ready for move in - I can’t say anything bad about this pool company.

First time pool owner and new to the area. Went to MEM pool Collierville based on the reviews. They did not disappoint. First going in to ask general questions prior to closing on our house back in March, John and Brett were very helpful. Fast forward to today, I've learned a lot from them. They never fail to adequately answer all my questions and help to keep my pool in top shape. Whether it be Brett demonstrating a pump seal change, parts, filter issues or John answering my endless newbie questions to him helping me change a seal they have been top notch.
