Called and spoke with a lady who set up the appointment for the technician to come out. She told me it was $15.00 service call and $25.00 per lock to re-key. The technician came and did the work. He was fine. Then the technician caught my boss to get a credit card from him instead f coming to me for payment. I never saw the man again. I was the contact person. My boss has no idea the quote I was given when I scheduled the appointment. the technician charged $100.00 service call and $35.00 per lock to re-key. I locked my keys in my car at a gas station. I submitted a roadside assistance request through my insurance and the ETA was 50 minutes. I called Key Me and was able to be helped in under 10 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He also pumped my gas for me. It seriously brightened my mood after my frustration with the situation.Service: Car lockouts
