“Tried this nail salon a few weeks back. I've been to a few since I've been in Tennessee the past few years. It was refreshing to get some pleasant customer service. When dropping a hundred bucks for nail services, good customer service should be automatic. Coming from California, I was kind of surprised at some of the nasty customer service encounters at the local nail salons. What made the experience even better, the nail tech did a great job! I will be back.“

“Netti is the best eyelash and eyebrow technician I know in Memphis. She doesn't put a lot of glue on your lashes your eyes don't run while she's doing your lashes and she seals them so they can last 2 weeks. She also continues to ask you are you okay while she serves you. The salon is clean and she's very respectful to everyone. To whom it may concern I think you should try her services you want regret it. Her name is NETTI“

“Let's just start by saying I love Saada!!! I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and lashes done and I love it! While I was getting my services my stomach was growling so Saada was kind enough to give me a granola bar to hold me over. It's always the little things that mean the most to me. Her coustomer service was excellent. Not only did she do an amazing job, she was very kind and generous.“
