Ruined my husband’s polyester blanket the strings on the bottom of the blanket are all knotted together there is also a pink staining on the blanket. Took me two months to get blanket back after stating it would take two weeks. Will never return here.

They ruined my reception dress for my wedding. I called to ask if this dress would be fine due to heavy beading on it. I was told everything would be fine. I dropped my dress off through the drive through and asked another time if my dress would be ok. I was told it would be fine. I picked my dress up and most of the rhinestones are loose!!!! I was told to come back when the manager was in. I came back and expressed my concerns but the manager showed no empathy for ruining my dress. She instead blamed the designer for not using thick enough thread to hold the beads. Which should have been told to me beforehand and never been washed. Took my wool and polyester TECH jacket in to get dry cleaned. Take it out of closet to use a week later and the zipper was off track and stuck. I will be calling them to get it fixed. I will resubmit my review afterwords.
