They ruined my reception dress for my wedding. I called to ask if this dress would be fine due to heavy beading on it. I was told everything would be fine. I dropped my dress off through the drive through and asked another time if my dress would be ok. I was told it would be fine. I picked my dress up and most of the rhinestones are loose!!!! I was told to come back when the manager was in. I came back and expressed my concerns but the manager showed no empathy for ruining my dress. She instead blamed the designer for not using thick enough thread to hold the beads. Which should have been told to me beforehand and never been washed. Took my wool and polyester TECH jacket in to get dry cleaned. Take it out of closet to use a week later and the zipper was off track and stuck. I will be calling them to get it fixed. I will resubmit my review afterwords.

We have used Dryve cleaners for about 6 yrs. Never the best dry cleaning ( some wrinkles pressed in etc) but decent. That is till recently. I picked up the DC for my husbands business trip. He packed up his shirts and left for a week. Two days into his trip , I get a call- two of his Jos A Banks work shirts have 'water' spots under the pocket. Almost in the same spot. Unfortunately, he has to wear them... company logo is required. When he got home, I took his shirts to Dryve. I told the young girl that the spots weren't there when we had initially brought shirts in and explained about the business trip( why he wore them). She tagged them and sent them off to be cleaned. When I went to get them .... stain was still there and they had broken a button on the shirt ( again- but they always deny it). An older woman sent them back to be recreated and attached another note. Today I went in to pick up the shirts. Stain STILL there ...on BOTH. Young girl was back. She told me that she had noted the stains when they came in and so had someone else ...so obviously WE had made the stains. I explained the situation to, hopefully, remind her. She basically said (over and over) YOU got grease on them and it's not our problem. I asked for the manager or owner information. I wa ahold she doesn't give it out but that the lady is named 'Helen'. I asked to leave my info so 'Helen' could call me. I was told 'she doesn't do that' . I wa then told about another business ( Oakgrove) that 'Helen' is usually at... I might be able to catch her between 10am and 2pm. WTHeck? That's how you run a business? Last time I will ever use Dryve cleaners and I will be sure to worn my friends and family.
