The ladies were super nice. I needed 10 pairs of pants hemmed in a short window, and they were able to get the job done on time. I was late leaving work to pickup my pants, and the ladies stayed open for me. I am one of those people who think customer service is dead, but the customer service I received was exemplary

If you need something done quickly, this is your place. I had a funeral to attend and needed a suit altered asap. No other place I called could accommodate me. These guys got me in and altered my suit in just a few hours. All of the ladies here were great.

I have used Collierville Alterations many times in the last year and every experience has been outstanding. After losing weight I had several pieces of clothing that needed to be taken in. Everything I took to them came back fitting perfectly and they had them done in one week. Very impressed with this local business!!!
