Marla Pennington was a terrific agent and friend throughout our entire selling process. She was knowledgeable, professional, assertive, and was communicative with us every step of the way. Because of her skills, we were able to sell our home quickly and for top dollar. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

I can't say enough positive words about our experience working with Courtney Barnes. She was very intentional about gathering details about our individual and collective needs/wants in regards to buying our new home. She was thoughtful to include our teenagers in the entire process. She listed and had our home under contract within a few days, while navigating ice/snow, utility outages and city wide closures. Saeed Nia , Coldwell Bankers Collins-Maury, is an excellent real-estate resource. My family has now engaged Saeed for the sale of three homes. Most recently, Saeed sold our home in Collierville in record time. He listened to our concerns and needs and articulated a selling strategy that was in-line with our schedule and moving plan. We were very happy with his marketing plan including all the marketing collateral.
