I recently had the pleasure of working with At Home Heating and Air and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and punctual. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time and got straight to work, which I greatly appreciated.
What impressed me the most was how they took the time to educate me about my HVAC unit. They explained in detail how it operates and provided me with valuable tips on maintaining it to ensure its longevity and efficiency. This level of customer care and attention to detail is rare and truly commendable.
We just had Bert Smith with At Home Heating & Air come check our AC system. It never cools to the temperature we set it to in the summer. We always thought it was an old system or bad windows or poor insulation.
Bert found the problem after just 2 minutes in the attic. He fixed the issue and then did an extremely thorough check up of everything else. He also found that our condenser coil was VERY dirty. He cleaned it and recharged the Freon.
Before he left, we could already feel a noticeable difference in the temperature of the house. We were shocked at how quickly we could feel the change.
Bert gave us a thorough explanation on what was exactly was wrong with our AC and gave us suggestions. At Home Heating and Air is a wonderful company with excellent technicians who are extremely professional and most importantly honest. This is the only HVAC company I will use in the future!
