I have gone and gotten treated unfairly here, and I gone and loved and nails. I watch and pay close attention to how they treat each customer so much differently! Each customer is a patriot and should be treated with respect and courtesy! People work extremely hard for their money and choose to spend it where they'd like, so if they wish to spend it with you I think and hope you'd show more appreciation and respect to each customer. I always say there is more than just one place that does what you do. I went and requested a particular nail tech and he refused to service me, no reason that I know of and when comforted about it, because me being me, could not just leave it alone! The only reason I stayed was another nail tech had already begun doing my hand! Ughhhhh! This experience on top of the 12 pedicures they gave my husband and I, ok not 12 minutes more like 15 seriously we were livid! Just take your business further or cool off, maybe it was just off that month! Tuh! lol

I usually go to Davilla. But, it’s hard to even make appointments there now. So, I tried this nail salon. They don’t have all the glitz and glam, but the customer service and skill was superb. I’ll definitely be going back.Services: Manicure

Place is clean but employees were not friendly or welcoming. Got a pedicure and gel mani. They trimmed my toenails so aggressively that the outer corner of my big toe hurt for about a week. I've never had a pedicure hurt before. With my nails the tech was so rushed that he bumped my wet nails twice with the uv light box and didn't bother to fix it until I brought it up. $100 for a subpar gel mani and a painful pedicure. I won't be back.
