We recently moved into our new Sherlock built home and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Working with the Schwartz brothers was a true pleasure from start to finish. The communication system was wonderful and they were super responsive to our questions. They managed the process very efficiently and delivered a high quality home ahead of schedule and on budget. We highly recommend Sherlock Home Builders!

The simple story of our build with Sherlock Homes was that our home was built ahead of schedule and on budget, with unbelievable communication and reliability. Not to mention, we have been in our new home for a few weeks now, and it is everything we envisioned and the quality is first rate. From the first sales meeting with Shad, to the build communications with Thadeus, and the on-site coordination with Trevor, these folks have it down to a science. Sherlock Homes Builders just recently built a barn for our home. They did a beautiful job - very fast, reliable, professional, responsive and communications were great. They provided detailed information upfront regarding the project and maintained excellent updates throughout the process. We highly recommend them for any new build and/or remodel. We will certainly use them again!
