The lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I wasn’t even seen and If the providers are anything like the people they have as the face of the business I am so glad I didn’t. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been going here since we moved to Tennessee 6 years ago.
Karen Whalen is cold, and impersonal and leaves you with the feeling you’re taking up her precious time. From the moment she enters the room, you feel she has taken command now, and let's get this over with and answer my questions.
I have put off appointments because I get sick even thinking about having to see her.

The office crew on the other hand are so sweet. And the gal that’s filling in for Karen, I think her name is Lauren? Is awesome. If I knew she was going to stay I’d probably not have to look for another Dr.

Needed a new PCP waited a month for an appointment with Clinton Family. Appointment time 9am. arrived at 8:50am. Front desk said my appointment was for 9 but I should have arrived 30 minutes early at 8:30.She said I would have to reschedule. They do this with all their appointments. I said I have several Doctors I see and none of them do this. She replied more are starting to. I told her cancel it I will find another PCP,. They want you to get there 30 minutes early so you can set and wait 30 minutes longer. I will not go back. My time is just as important as theirs.
