Office is constantly closed early so if I get there at 430 or 445 everyone is already gone and I can't conduct the business my friend has to conduct unless we are here before 430 and if they are leaving early and see you pull up they continue to leave knowing there supposed to be open till 5 I wonder if there getting paid for them hours there not working

Been waiting on background check come back didn't have the nerve call tell me they had filled the position thats very unprofessional dont have someone come in for drug screen and etc tell them they have the job and next they filled the position...what a dang joke will not recommend em at all..

Their management has no follow through . They hire people and don’t check to make sure they do their job. I called to complain several times on our first home worker and found out she was submitting paperwork claiming she was working when she was absent 50% of the time consistently over several months . They finally switched to another woman who showed up a few times over a month and stopped coming . Later to find out she was falsely submitting months of false paperwork claiming she was working and taking care of my grandma . My grandma had a severe fall , during a time when the home worker should have been here , and suffered 2 fractures. This was completely avoidable...read full review
