We offer a custom relaxation or therapeutic massage in our salt cave with pre and post add on services. Our Infrared Sauna with light therapy is backed by the American Heart Association. Our various services may help with sinuses, allergies, skin issues, muscle relaxation/recovery, stress, anxiety, joint pain and autoimmune issues.
