Didn't end up using all the material I purchased, so I returned it as they said I could. Returned material on Tuesday was told I would be cut a check on Friday. Just called and was told the lady's not their today that I would have to wait until Monday for her to write the check. I've never returned something to a company and had to wait for payment before.I thank you very much for reaching out saying that you will fix this misunderstanding! Now I know about your return policy for future reference. I would also like to point out that every other aspect of doing business with Pioneer was very professional and friendly... Used this company for our new metal roof on a new construction. From the front sales desk to the owner who came out to measure, everyone was friendly and professional and the end result is a roof we love.
