Didn't end up using all the material I purchased, so I returned it as they said I could. Returned material on Tuesday was told I would be cut a check on Friday. Just called and was told the lady's not their today that I would have to wait until Monday for her to write the check. I've never returned something to a company and had to wait for payment before.I thank you very much for reaching out saying that you will fix this misunderstanding! Now I know about your return policy for future reference. I would also like to point out that every other aspect of doing business with Pioneer was very professional and friendly... Used this company for our new metal roof on a new construction. From the front sales desk to the owner who came out to measure, everyone was friendly and professional and the end result is a roof we love.

Word of mouth goes a long way with me and where and how I do my business.I know nothing about metal. None. Nada. Nothing.So when the time came that I needed some I had to trust the recommendation to visit the ladies at Pioneer.Blown away.The eat, breathe, sleep, and live for their business.Top quality customer service, fantastic turn around on product, and an excellent overall experience.I have no desire to get “screwed” over by anyone, I’ll stick with Pioneer, because they “nailed” it!Thanks for being AWESOME!
