The sales rep, Jules Rubin, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to fully explain the process and answered all of our many questions and concerns. We never felt rushed nor pressured.
Becky and her team were wonderful installing our new sunroom on our existing screen porch. We live in this room almost year round and our two standard poodles love it too. Also, follow up was an exceptionally positive experience as one of the windows was damaged by our neighbor and needed to be replaced. The window replacement was completely covered by our warranty. Becky is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her team and products.
The Design Consultant, Jules, did a great job and handled our large dogs well, being sure to introduce himself to them before engaging in business discussions. The thing that could have been done better by the company had to do with the pre-visit phone calls with other staff members. We were not prepped in any fashion by the phone staff as to what to prepare for time-wise.
