Great experience all around. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Just a quick visit for 2 new kittens to get a checkup and their first set of shots so nothing major but I was satisfied with the care we did receive. And they were competitive (much better actually) with pricing as far as others we called prior to scheduling. From calling to ask questions and scheduling through the actual exams and care and then checking out, everyone was kind and patient.
We Love Mountainstone. The staff is great friendly and always are willing to give feed back about our zoey's behavior. The establishment is top notch and always smells and looks clean, which is not always the case in other Vet offices in Cleveland TN. Dr. Bragg and the entire staff are truly amazing!!! They are so welcoming and kind and helped us through a very difficult time when our puppy broke her elbow. They got us in immediately and were able to schedule her surgery right away. Dr. Bragg did a miraculous job on a very bad break and they were able to keep the costs as low as possible. We appreciate them and highly recommend this wonderful clinic!!!
