“I had to have an a procedure ASAP but didn’t want to go to Knoxville or Nashville. I had never met Dr Hoops & picked him after reading reviews, After examining me he agreed I needed procedure right away! 45 minutes later I was in his procedure sterile room having my issue fixed! This was not on his schedule but didn’t matter, he did what needed to happen pronto! His staff are super friendly, welcoming & smiles galore!
