“I called them up and they was out the next day. He explained everything in detail of what the gauges should be reading and that ours was way off. After a lil testing he found out the TXV was bad. He ordered the part and in 2 days he came out replaced the part, charged up the lines and was done. It now runs like a new system. It hasn’t ran like this in 2 years at least. He explained the services I asked about and quickly gave me the pricing and warranty polices for the UV light system and duct cleaning. During the appointment, Zach not only talked to me about what needed to be done but showed me what he was doing to the unit. Before he left he had me scheduled for the installation of the UV light and duct cleaning. Central Heat and Air will always be my go to for heating and air issues.“
