Our system sent us a programmed alert to have service performed but Steve informed us that these new systems don't need annual service as long as we keep the filters changed. “I called them up and they was out the next day. He explained everything in detail of what the gauges should be reading and that ours was way off. After a lil testing he found out the TXV was bad. He ordered the part and in 2 days he came out replaced the part, charged up the lines and was done. It now runs like a new system. It hasn’t ran like this in 2 years at least.
