HIIT 10 Fitness is a 45 minute total body high intensity interval training program. Time is valuable. If you are looking for a program that maximizes results in the areas of losing body fat, building muscle, and increasing your fitness level, and you need a flexible workout time that fits with your schedule, then HIIT 10 is your place. No set class times or appointments necessary. Come any time during open hours and start. We are helping busy people achieve more with HIIT. Because the workouts are progressive and varied, it's impossible to plateau. Best of all this is a hands on program where you always have the help and support of a coach to make sure you're working intense enough for your fitness level.
