Fergusen Supply is a nationwide supplier of construction and repair materials, and accordingly most of their business is large transactions with other businesses. So, I did not expect priority treatment when I went to their Cleveland location to try to obtain parts for my 20-year-old kitchen sink faucet. However, the gentleman on the counter took the time to try to find my needed parts in their computer system, but the information was not there. He said he would contact the manufacturer to find the information needed to order the parts and asked for my contact information.
