Genuinely the worst doctors office I've ever gone to. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do not go to this doctor if you are concerned with your health. I have several blood clots that are life-threatening and they literally could not careless about getting me help with finding and referring me to a hematologist. I went there over a month ago and I've still received nothing about getting my clots looked at and treated. The doctor just wrote me a new prescription for a $700 medication and that was it. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Spent several months on a new patient waitlist. I finally called when it was way past the date they said I’d be seen and got informed that they wouldn’t see me because of a medication I’m taking. They couldn’t even give me a good reason why they wouldn’t take me when I’m on a medication prescribed to me by a specialized doctor. No one bothered to call and tell me so now I’m stuck having to wait 2+ months again to get in somewhere else. These people exemplify disorganization, ignorance, and lack of empathy. Ridiculous.
