Very pleasant experience, especially a shout-out to Jimmy: he is competent, friendly and went above and beyond in the fitting of my RayBan Meta glasses. The polish was perfect and I can see very, very well. Anyway, I was happy and thought Jimmy and community should know. The office has a very wide array of frames and I appreciate the flexibility of getting in.

The staff is nice and professional. I have been satisfied with Dr. Balmer's diagnosis. She is the only Ophthalmologist who was able to prescribe the correct prescription for my eyesight eye sights and showed real concerns when I have questions regarding my declining vision. She referred to Dr. Ford at Cleveland Eye Clinic in Cleveland, TN.
