Eye care Associates of Cleveland are THE BEST! They have worked with me to make sure my glasses and contacts are functional and comfortable. The staff always provides the highest level of customer service.
The staff is nice and professional. I have been satisfied with Dr. Balmer's diagnosis. She is the only Ophthalmologist who was able to prescribe the correct prescription for my eyesight eye sights and showed real concerns when I have questions regarding my declining vision. She referred to Dr. Ford at Cleveland Eye Clinic in Cleveland, TN.
Great selection of frames and such great service! If they tell you they’re going to call back they will. If you want to schedule an appointment they’ll pick up the phone. Their processes are quick and comfortable and their people are all friendly. Definitely recommend!
