My experience with Thomas and Justin and Ricky was far more than I have ever experienced with any other A/C Company and then some. Believe me, I have used many different A/C companies over the years. I have never experience the expertise, professionalism and kindness and respectfulness that Justin and Thomas showed me when they came back to do the final installation. They took their time to explain everything they were doing while installing my new A/C unit and how to operate my thermostat properly. Very very professional young men. Quality from start to finish! A very high knowledge about there job and an excellent teacher to make me aware of the ways to use the controller, very friendly folks ! They made me feel I was the visitor in my home ,well mannered ,they cleaned up inside and outside! I was very comfortable leaving them in my home and I went to work !I am so comfortable with my a,c ! Thanks to a great sales pitch by Matt, we decided to go with this company. The guys, Josh, Justin, Thomas, and Zack were prompt, courteous, and informative. We had a lot of work done and they completed it all in 3 days as they stated they would. Zack did a walk through with us, before leaving, to make sure we had no questions or concerns. I would recommend this company.
