Central Heat & Air Co. has been dedicated to providing excellent customer service in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation for over 40 years. The company's team is committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. In a recent HVAC replacement and upgrade, including ductwork, the customer found the experience to be as good as it could be. Frank, the salesman, was responsive and helpful, while Zach and the installation crew were on-time, communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Even when there was a misunderstanding, the company made it right by sending a crew back out to complete the additional work at no charge. Another customer praised their experience with Matt, who took the time to look at all possibilities for solutions and remained professional throughout the process. The installation was handled by respectful professionals. Overall, Central Heat & Air Co. is highly recommended for its excellent customer service and professional work.
