Deserves 10 stars!Called in, asked if they had any available appointments for tomorrow. The OWNER, came to my house within a half hour of my calling his equally amazing co-owner / Wife.John and Chris were done with the repairs and my air was working in less than 10 minutes! FAR superior than what his OOLTEWAH COMPETITOR has become, more reasonably priced than said competitor has been over the past 13 years. They have gained a new customer that is going to be as loyal as I have been to their unworthy competition. I will recommend them to EVERYONE I KNOW in Cleveland/Ooltewah & Charleston.

Our heater went out on Christmas Eve. We are newer homeowners in the area and hoped not to be gouged. They called me right back, it was also a Saturday. They made time for us, explained what happened and how to fix it if it happened again. He was working in 8 degrees as well. We are so appreciative of all they did for us.

I live in Colorado and my elderly. Mother lives in Cleveland. I needed someone to check her central heat and air unit. The great people that own and work at AAA came to the rescue and went out and found the issue replaced the thermostat to a simpler easier one to use so she does not have to bother winter or summer. I am so glad we found these awesome people I wish I could give them 100 stars.
