I went to my very first massage ever, it was a prenatal massage and oh my gosh it was so incredibly peaceful. Highly recommend!! I book another appointment with add ones for August! I can’t wait!
I just took a self defense class here and I would recommend it EVERY SINGLE woman out there. I brought my mom and my aunt and he went into great detail on how to defend ourselves physically and mentally. He helped perfect our form and we learned several combos on how to defend ourselves from the front and back. We all left feeling much more confident about defending ourselves. Looking forward to the second class! Very affordable and personalized!
