We needed to replace our back door to our home. Thomas Lumber Co. measured the doorway incorrectly by 3 inches. They said they could cut 3 inches off the top of the door so that it would fit (cosmetically, this was not an option). This resulted in several hours of extra labor and hundreds of dollars to cut into our home to accommodate the bigger door. They didn't offer a discount for this mistake. I cannot recommend this company, both from a customer service aspect and a simple measuring aspect.
Don’t believe I will patronize this company again.. A guy seated on the right side acted as if giving a refund would hurt them. Surprised to see a person of color working in there, but that ain’t my business. Helpful, expensive and I didn’t feel welcomed.
