Fantastic professional & thorough cleaning, with friendly & professional staff! They did a great job on our upstairs office and stairs. Jacob was equally friendly & professional!
I just had my second carpet cleaning done by them! Against my better judgement I got super light carpets installed in a house w a toddler and 2 dogs. I had a different technician each time and they both got the carpet back to brand new!!! It blows my mind everytime. When you get a service done by them your receipt has $15 off a carpet Cleaning service so I held on to it til this appt, and my receipt this time had one as well! They call when they’re on the way (always in the time frame they told me they would be) and call the following day to see how my service was. Love love LOVE them!!! I have worked with Thomas' Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service, LLC for 18 years. They have always provided me with exceptional service. Typically, I only request Jachob to do all of our cleanings. However, today I had Jacob come and he did great work and was very appreciative and professional. Now both Jachob and Jacob can come do my cleanings or any other service Thomas' offers. Nate isn't too shabby either!
