My photos were uploaded quite a while after our shoot, then they were not what was talked about in the session. I e-mailed about that and they apologized and said they forgot. Then, I get an e-mail saying my gallery will expire and I need to pay to extend it or pay ($35) to reopen it after expiration. I’ve used many professional photographers before and I’ve never had this run around. The photos are cute (not as good as others I’ve received and I still don’t have the edited images...) but not worth this mess. Professionals usually don’t make their clients run around like this. I won’t be using this studio again.

My son had an amazing experience for his Santa and Mrs clause shoot ! Everyone at the portrait studios was so welcoming and we are super excited to see our photos ❤️

I liked the portrait studios part in our session..The owner is great... it was the photographer that was assigned to take the pictures I had a problem with...Don’t ever let Fran take your photos..He should’ve directed the pictures better ..He should’ve caught eyes closed ...He should’ve caught people’s face being blocked by other people in front..
