Most times I come in it is a short wait time and I get the exact cut I want, however the last two times I visited I've had an issue. The time before last, it was an hour wait and I still didn't get served. (I got up and left) The lady in the back with long blonde hair chit-chated to a customer for literally an hour to a guy with no hair. The last time I went, the same lady asked if she could wash my hair so it would be easier to cut (I obliged). At the end of my cut once it was time to pay, she charged me for the MVP experience without letting me know about it.
The stylist I had asked me to trust her and went against what I had originally wanted. I’m so glad I listened. Thanks for the amazing treatment, haircut and an absolutely phenomenal beard trim! Thanks Karen!
I think my stylist was Denise. Forgive me if I'm wrong. She was very professional and attentive. I got a cut, style, wash, and sat in the massage chair with a steamed towel. The chair reclines so I was very comfortable and relaxed. She recommended an all in one conditioner/ moisturizer for my hair, skin, and hair with tea tree, and it is awesome.
