I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. “I called Scott with a clogged kitchen sink about 10:30 AM and he was at my house before noon. There is a word called discernment and it didn't take long to see that Scott was a kind trustworthy person. He took hardly any time to get the line unclogged, and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone. I read the lone one star comment on here and whoever wrote it couldn't be more wrong. Especially since Scott doesn't accept money until the job is complete.“

They kept us informed throughout the whole process to get our replacement system up and running as soon as they could in the summer heat. I do recommend them and would hire them again, but do ask for future jobs, to please collect or throw away the no longer needed panel screws, small extra items (trash) at the end from the HVAC unit that was removed.“
