I contacted Oakland Power Washing prior to listing my home for sale! I was concerned with some "black" roof streaks, and some of my vinyl siding looked as though it needed to be replaced. Oakland was fast, friendly, and were cheaper than other "licensed and insured" conpanies! I could have had someone else do it a lot cheaper, but I wanted it done right! Very pleased with the soft wash on our home. This took care of all the issues of cleaning of a 2 year home. We had power wash done on our porches, driveway, and sidewalks.
