I was in quite a kitchen design dilema trying to find an accent tile for a 30yr backsplash that could not be matched. Dilema solved! Great customer service! 60's wallpaper pic for a chuckle.
The bad reviews about this outlet are from years ago. I've been there several times the last year and not only found great tile but the sales people are helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. I'd looked high and low for a wall tile for my master shower and Patrina totally delivered! 10/10 recommend.
Very nice knowledgeable staff lots to choose from on display. Everything has to be ordered for they do not carry inventory it takes week or 3 to get it. I understand but was looking to get that day. But again if I was not wanting to finish my master bathroom that weekend I definitely would make this store the place for tile. Prices are reasonable
