Kathy has been working magic on my sister's hair for years. I've had one cut by her myself when she was with a different salon, but since I lived in LA at the time, I couldn't really come back on the regular. Now, I've moved back to Tennessee and am planning to settle in the Nashville area. I will be coming to Kathy on the regular going forward as I just love what she does with hair. My hair is impossible and never does what I want it to. Kathy worked her magic yesterday and today, my hair was a breeze to style. I love the layers, the face-framing and the bangs. Thank you, Kathy!!! (P.S. her warm personality and attention to detail are definitely part of the 5-star review I'm giving.) As for the salon itself, it's lovely. It's located above and behind Mildred & Maple's Boutique (another must-visit). The upstairs part of the salon is very relaxing and quiet. The only slight negative I'd note is that parking can be tricky, which is not the salon's fault. I've had no issue finding a spot on a weekend day, but during the week, you might. Bring lots of quarters!
