I wanted to lighten my dark brown hair, and she did a great job achieving the look I was after. I appreciate that she was being very cautious to avoid damaging my hair, especially after a previous stylist had bleached it entirely. I love that she doesn’t cut corners and not only do we always have a “this appointment goal” but also she really takes in consideration what my hair goals are in the long term which is so important since I have very long hair. My goals are low maintenance, super blended highlights so they look natural.
