Everyone is so nice and professional. I called this morning about our downstairs air and someone showed up in about an hour. He was able to fix the issue and let me know what was wrong rather quickly. I am so grateful they were about to come out right away and the house is cool again.

I increased the star rating because of good management decisions. I was refunded the cost to diagnose without finding the results. I understand that sometimes it may be difficult to identify a problem, After two diagnostic visits (Sunday & Tuesday), and being convinced to purchase two new thermostats, our AC was still broken. So, after a total of $550 (thermostats and service), I found another company to correctly diagnose and fix my AC. Another $200, of course.
