Dylan came out same day when we saw evidence of mice (because when is there ever just one). He set up some traps and found another space they were making themselves at home at where we were totally unaware of.The next day their territory manager Spencer happened to stop by to ensure we were taken care of. He had just left the office and BOOM little Mr Field Mouse decided to make his presence known. We ever so politely walked to the parking lot to ask him to return. Spencer caught the little booger for us after chasing it through drawers and on the wires behind them. Can't rave enough about the amazing customer service!!

After calling all the pest control companies in the local area, Cook's was the one company that came through with service. They fit me in to their schedule and were very informative. Prices are fair and not inflated like some of the larger pest control companies.
