Derek of Clarksville Plumbing Pros did a great job of installing the new throne for our bathroom, even as he encountered difficulty with the shut-off valve for the water supply line, which had deterioration behind the wall that was not previously visible to us, and we are pleased with the solution to rectify the issue and the professional installation!

Called today about a leak in my kitchen sink in the morning, and was able to have someone come by in the afternoon despite it not being an emergency. Payton R. replaced a part that was rusting; didn't take long. He was respectful and easy to work with and talk to. Definitely sold me on the membership bc the price was a lot lower than what I was expecting.

My family and I just moved to the area from the west coast and have not had the best of luck finding trade workers to help us fix our home. Heather in the office is always patient with the extensive questioning and phone calls and both technicians we had at our house have been great. Jimmy has been phenomenal during his first visit with installing a new washing machine outlet box and teaching is apprentice, and the second time he was installing our dishwasher but also took time to try and identify a leak at our house that's impacting our water bill.
