I couldn't recommend Carpet Express more!!! We needed our second level carpet replaced ASAP and they were out within a week and a half and finished in one day! They were professional, kind & considerate, provided a high-quality product, and educated us the entire way on what product would meet our needs! Wonderful crew.... inside & out! Very pleased with the whole experience with Carpet Express, from the showroom with Kendra who helped me with flooring selections, to the measuring and quoting process by Dwight and then the installation by the installation team. Everyone was helpful and professional and I’m happy with the end product. I had all flooring redone in my house including LVP and carpet. The pricing was competitive and their response time was great! I highly recommend the team at Carpet Express!
