“What a great company. On a short notice request (short notice to me) I called last week and they got me scheduled in a few days. They did an outstanding job. My carpets had some wear and tear on them. Family, grandkids and plenty of spills and dirty shoes. Now my carpets look brand new. They cleaned two big rooms, 11 stairs and a hallway. Oh and another plus they are huge hockey fans.“

“We have been using ChemDry for our home carpet cleaning needs since we moved down to Clarksville about 3 years ago. Two dogs, utterly confused by the change in their environment, forgot their house training manners and left their displeasure on the carpets. Fortunately we found Chem-Dry. They back-lit all the carpets, found the trouble spots, cleaned and deodorized and had the house fresh and clean within a couple of hours. Service is good, friendly, efficient. Reasonable rates. We particularly like that the Chem Dry process leaves the carpets clean but dries quick. High recommend.“

“Long review so bear with me I’ll try to keep this brief with my experience…<br><br>I moved into my apartment in 2023 with my 2 cats and in that year my spouse and I have had so many milestones and made sure this apartment was our home to getting married, adopting our first cat together (making a grand total of 3 cats) had many laughs and of course having our fair share of friends over. With all of that said these carpets have seen better days that’s for sure. So when our property manager reached out to renew our lease we of course said “absolutely!” Ms. Tiffanie (over at The Landings at Riverside) said we had a choice of getting a free carpet cleaning or a few other options we opted for the carpet cleaning! Aaron and Bryce (apologies in advance if those names are spelled wrong) came in inspected the carpets and got right to work! They both were very professional and so kind! Me having spinal surgery 2 weeks prior to them coming I was so nervous I was going to have to move the big furniture out of their way but they ensured that they would work around it! Both of the gentlemen were very quick and VERY efficient in getting our carpet back in shape and looking BRAND NEW just like when we moved in!! These guys mean BUSINESS that’s for absolute sure! So needless to say, whenever we buy a house these are the individuals we would call!<br><br>To the company: you guys have two amazing individuals on your team! I cannot say it enough times they were absolutely amazing at getting the job done in record time (my personal opinion) and being so kind about the process. They answered my questions before I had a chance to ask whenever they explained the process and what to do and not to do in the next 8 hours as the carpet dries. Keep them as long as you can!
