From the initial phone contact to set up a drop off time to picking up my vehicle, the process was so smooth and the customer service was so courteous and helpful. I definitely do recommend Caliber Collision.

About 6 months ago, this store repaired car from rear end collision. Excellent work, communication and professionalism. Fri 25 Oct 24, car was hit by a deer and when we contacted Progressive, they said an adjuster would be in touch with us Mon. So asked, what do we do for now, they said an adjuster will be in touch Mon. So we called tow truck, and had it delivered back to this store. Arrived Mon 28 Oct 29 when they opened and found out that they do not work with Progressive at this store however the store on Ft Campbell does.
