Used this company for my taxes this year thinking it will help me to file safely. My professional, Valecia, did a wonderful job at filing my documents and maximizing. However, my issue is their 3rd party company returned my deposit to the IRS due to a mistake on their part. I’ve reached out to the business multiple times trying to see if there were options for them to rectify the situation as opposed to me now having to wait 120 days as told by the IRS for returning my taxes after they were approved and released. This has caused the IRS to put me under fraud review. Multiple calls this week and I am only told she is with a client and will call back immediately after....read full review

Brown Brown & Associates PC is an excellent office to have your taxes prepared. Our CPA, Cindy Cleaver, sits down with my husband and me every year to assure we have the best advice regarding our taxes. We are small business owners who depend on our CPA for guidance and advice to ensure we stay compliant with all state and federal tax laws. She explains things so well so that even people like myself, who become overwhelmed by all the tax laws and lingo can gain a good understanding.
