From the moment I walked in, the staff was prompt, kind and attentive. Kiara was my triage nurse and so sweet and professional. Dr. Granger was thorough, took my concerns seriously and cared about my thoughts during our discussion. The facility was also clean and well organized.
I am so grateful that this clinic was open for reasonable hours during the weekend. They were the only ones available to help me get treatment for my 2 year old at the time i needed it. They impressed me, and I would recommend them to anyone. I was able to check in online, fill out my paperwork, and tell them I arrived all on my phone making the process so fast and easy. The nurse, Kiara, is a sweetheart and made my nervous toddler feel right at home. The nurse practioner was so kind and efficient in his work. I left knowing we received quality care, and it took less than 45 minutes!
I have never in my life been to a better medical facility! I am from out of state- urgent care would not see me. When I got here I felt like royalty! Each staff member I spoke with was kind, friendly and very helpful. They made me feel welcomed and safe. I was feeling better and out the door with prescriptions in under 40 minutes!
